BANES s.r.o. manufactures and sells cutting tip clamping screws. The countersink head of a cutting tip clamping screw has TORX T15 inside and can be tightened using a tightening force that is up to twice the tightening force recommended by tool manufacturers. Every screw is made by machining and then quenched and a special cooper-based coat is applied onto it.

The cutting tip clamping screws are made in these dimensions: M4 x 8, M3,5 x 12,7, M3 x 7. Due to their special surface they have good sliding properties for both fastening and loosening. Quenching give the cutting tip clamping screws the required strength and hardness to enhance their wear resistance and extend their life.
